Hi Andy! I just posted what I made for dinner tonight. http://avuonfood.com/2012/02/27/quick-dinner-mexican-rice-bake/ .. Jalapeños from a jar would be perfect on top of this dish! But pickled jalapeños are great with more than just Mexican or Latin food. Vietnamese food has a lot of pickled vegetables. I love pickled jalapeños with some simple ramen noodles with an egg scrambled in. If you'd like more ideas let me know!

The truth of it is that wholesome cooking techniques need to satisfy only THREE basic and simple standards the food you eat should not have surplus amount of fat and salt i.e. should not be loaded with calories, it should retain its nutrients i.e. it shouldn\'t be empty calories and most importantly, it should taste good.
Nice Post, Terrific to find another person into their food

Love Saturday Kitchen but my soul food definitely doesn't include badly cooked omelettes! Isn't it time you dropped the challenge? It stands for everything the programme is against: bad cooking and wasted food, not to mention the risk lovely James takes each time he tastes one.
